If there was a way to give this place a zero star I would. I wanted brown hair with purple highlights and they gave me dark Halloween purple hair with bright blonde highlights. I asked for my $180 back and was told I could not have a refund. The only way I could get my money "back" was to get a coupon for their store so that they lose no money. Why would I shop there when you did this to my hair? I now have to bleach my hair and get it back to the color I want which will cause damage to my hair. They suggested putting brown on it which would make it even darker and even more awful. The owner tried to convince me it looked like the picture and clearly does not. I will not be manipulated. I am usually an easy person to please but this is ridiculous. I have gotten ten people and counting who already asked me what happened to my hair.
