The worst. Don't bother calling corporate they don't care. Sat in line, the only car mind you for about15 while I watched the staff sitting on the counter doing absolutely nothing. This was like the 20th time LITERALLY!! the last straw was when I had to go inside because I wanted my coke in a styrofoam cup and they couldnt order it in the drive thru. They never have ice cream, like ever. When I called corperate with varies complaints in one, even having dates, times, names of staff...I received a coupon for a free small soda.....smh
Awesome ordering with the state of thee art Kiosk allows you to customize and order at your own will as well as pay with your card. Prints out your receipt and thats all thats to it. Even a child can do it.
Don't care for self ordering. Takes longer than ordering at counter and and had to ask for ketchup. Perfer dispenser.
Went through the drive through and it took a good 20 minutes or more after paying to get the food. We looked at the ice cream station through the window while we were waiting and it was the dirtiest food station I've ever seen. When we finally got our food all of it wasn't in the bag so we had to go back in for it and the service person inside was disrespectful even though it was their mistake. Then once we got home and opened the sandwiches NONE of them were made right and my daughter's food was so gross looking we took pictures and are calling corporate. Then when we called in and told them about what was wrong the night manager offered a refund for the food, since it wasn't edible and told me I could come in in the morning and get the refund since I was a half hr away at that point. The next morning when we went for the refund the morning manager was very disrespectful and caught an attitude with my daughter and said they don't give refunds, but she would do it this time. You shouldn't treat customers the way the manager in that place does, and you shouldn't be handing food out the window to customers that you wouldn't feel comfortable feeding to your own family. This store has gone terribly down hill since they wasted all that money redoing it and reopening it. They need a whole new staff in this location and should only hire employees that want to work and that have respect for others. I will never visit this location again, if I were you I wouldn't either.
