The service at this GameStop was amazing! The workers are very friendly and helpful while maintaining a professional demeanor. I will continue to go to this GameStop for as long as I can because they are the best GameStop that I have been too!
They don't care about customer care what so ever. I was put on hold than hung up on. They talk to you with disrespect when you are voiceing legitimate concerns. The manger Eric refused to talk to me on the phone. After I spent nearly 200 dollars there. I advise you chooses a different store who cares for its customer because they don't like to hear feedback or concerns. I plan on getting in touch with the district manger immediately.

The Service at the Shippensburg PA GameStop store is fantastic. There is almost always an employee who knows what they're talking about when it comes to every video game, console, and/or accessory in the store. The store is almost always stocked though it is in a small space (as expected of GameStops). Though the prices are half-decent and a lot of the games are used, hence the 4 stars instead of five.
