Their customer service representatives are very rude and threaten you if you are a day late with your payment. You explain to them your situation and they don't seem to care. All they do is threaten you if you don't pay by a certain date.
The staff is really great, always polite and friendly. If you need to know anything about loans or if you have any and need help they always find option to help you. I will love to have people like them anywhere you needed. Keep working like that you are my Girls!!!
