Great service and exceptional floral arrangements
Terrible customer service. I ordered mothers day flowers to be delivered. The flowers delivered were nothing similar to what I ordered. The ones delivered looked like a bouquet from the store and thrown in a vase. Florist was not customer friendly and in no way wanted to fix this. I'll never use them again. Shop around. Only positive was it was delivered on time and the delivery man was pleasant.
Ordered flowers online and flowers that came were completely different and sparce looking. When called to let them know I was not satisfied, Beth was not pleasant at all and stated she didn't have the flowers I ordered in stock. Like that was suppose to justify a skimpy looking bouquet that was completely different than what I ordered. I will never order from them again, all it could have taken was a phone call saying can we substitute this cause we don't have it. Problem would have been solved. Beware when ordering online!
I've ordered from Fisher's many times, and will continue to do so. Their website looks like a professional national chain's site, but they are locally owned and customer service is beyond awesome. Fisher's genuinely bends over backward to serve their clientele. I've been incredibly happy with them since my first order early this year!
