Two nights ago, I submitted a prescription to be filled. I was assured that they did have the medication, and it would be ready for me to pick up the next day. When I showed up the next day to pick up the prescription, I was told that my prescription was not ready because they had given my medication to someone else. It seems that another person came in after I did the previous evening and waited to pick up his prescription that night, so the pharmacist bumped him in front of me and gave the last remaining pills to him. This was infuriating enough, but I was also angry that the pharmacist wasn’t considerate enough to call and tell me my prescription wasn’t ready like they said it would be. They said the pills were scheduled to be delivered the following day, but when my husband stopped to pick up the prescription, he was told the pills had not been delivered, and the prescription was still not filled. Needless to say, we took my prescription back and decided to take it to a pharmacy that could/would actually fill it. In the 5-star rating system, I had to give this pharmacy at least one star; too bad because I would have preferred to give them zero.
