The information shared was no business of anyone else, especially those not directly involved with the process.
However, I wish I knew then what I know now.
I called and inquired about a vehicle.
Soon after I find out that the confidential information within my application had been shared by employee with others (not car start employees) that i had applied.
Would rate 0. Friend got a car from here about 3 weeks ago, Turned out to have a leaking gas tank, nearly pouring on the exhaust. lost half a tank in a day. And the rust is so bad, i could grab a hold of the rear frame and snap pieces off, steering is sloppy, brakes are like down to 10%. dash lights dont work half the time.
They informed me it was only the name and phone number which was also incorrect.
Bought a car within a week i have major engine problems , driver side window controls don't work (which was brought up before the sale that they never did anything about only got worse) and the front end shakes really bad. Upon bringing this up they offered to fix it only because they still haven't been paid for the deal because they still need a bank statement for me they let me drive off the lot without financing complete and harassed me threw out the week about the bank statements which they couldn't open on 2 attempts of me sending them via email. After all this i made an agreement stating they would fix everything upon receipt of the bank statement because at this point trust is broken and Brandon tells me i am starting to piss him off and points his finger in my face threatening to throw me out of the trailer they work in needless to say now i got to spend money on a lawyer to have this issue resolved loss time from work and complete aggravation horrible place to get a car do your research or even better go to another dealership.
There cars are junk, they don't stand behind their warranties. The cars are not throughly inspected and checked over before they're put up for sale. The finance manager is not very friendly more worried about putting you in a vehicle to make his commission check. Steer clear from them.
I was told by many people to go here and get a car.
So think twice about giving them your information!
