My original review:
I took my car to be fixed because of a recall with my transmission clutch. It was the second one they put in. I drove the car down with only that clutch problem left with another issue. It was with the motor mount so now my car idles I took it back the same day and accused them of messing my car up. I asked them what did they do to my car they told me it wasn't their fault. Now I bought the part and getting some other garage to fix it do to Interstate Fords negligence. All they could tell me it would cost $600 for the fix or just buy another car. I would never rely on them to touch my car again or anyone to go there. I thought I could trust them to take care of me and my car.
I am updating this review because I called in one last time to see if I could get this resolved. I talked to a really cool sales manager and he made sure I got my refund. Raising this review from 1 star to 3 stars because it does seem they have some good guys on their staff as well. So it seems this place is good, but you need to get things in writing, and ensure you talk to the right people.
Probably the WORST customer service I've ever seen in any company ever. They don't work with you, they're rude, & just a horrible place to go. If you have a problem with your vehicle go to a regular mechanic or another ford dealership. They need to be retrained in customer service, &/or leave the industry as a whole.
Brought my car here for a PTU unit replacement which was fantastic work, but when i went to pick my car up their was about 4 or 5 new dents in my vehicle, along with a gianormous deep scratch. Brought it to the service managers attention who offered to have the body guy try to buff them out the dents are still there they just took off the black smudges that were on it, and so is the scratch and pretty much looked at me like i was SOL, even though i just spent 1900$ on a repair. Not happy what so ever and will not be bringing my car back.
They went above and beyond to make our service experience a good one . If you asked me there rating when it was interstate ford I would have gave them a one star rating . I took a chance it was a surprise on how well the experience was. We didn't even buy our ford there but they treated us the same as if we did. I commend them on the turn around on there service. I enjoy working with hometown ships o er the bigger shops much better service you might pay more but the return on service is worth going there .Tell them Chet sent you.
I had a bad experience here. I won't be back. I don't trust this dealership at all. I dropped my car off for service and they did things which cost money without me agreeing to it. They provided no notice that they were going to do anything that resulted in me being charged a fee. Then they wouldn't give my car back to me without me paying for it. I brought my car in because I received a postcard related to a recall. I am pursuing a complaint with Ford and also in the process of opening a small claims court claim. I will update this review pending results of getting my money refunded.
