10 Year warranty that don't last 8 months. When someone says a product has warranty and you are not happy with it. You don't expect that 8 months later out of 10 years and a second mattress they give you the cold shoulder. I asked for a heavy person mattress all I got was 2 cheap and non refundable mattresses. $800 dollars later not worth it. Im currently given them away for free.
