2 Stars just because I don't want to say "hate". I asked for a same-day appointment and the woman asked what I needed done. I said a cut & blow-out and that I had long hair. She said they were booked and tried to give me another appointment a week out. (Apparently a haircut/blowout couldn't be fit in for long hair on any day at any time for the next entire week?) I let her know that we were traveling and tried to give some other dates/times the same week, and she apologized, and then hung up on me. I've never really spoken to a "helpful" salon receptionist before, but I definitely have never been hung up on. Rude.
