Honestly was the worst experience I've ever had there. The lady who was doing my hair wasn't nice. She didn't even say two words to me. I've always had friendly hair stylists before (been coming here for over 10 years) who always made me leave with a big smile on my face but this one set me off. And all the girls wanted to do was talk. It was a childish environment. There's no way I'm coming back here again.

The staff was nice, but I did not get the haircut I asked for. I said a trim and ended up getting over two inches cut off and for a person with already short hair, it left me with very little hair that will take forever to grow back out. Couldn't really complain at the end because what was she going to do at that point? Magically grow it back for me and start over? Even with the student discount will probably not go back, and if I do I will not allow that woman near me.
